I have been contemplating how much mental time women spend on thinking about what is wrong with them. I’m guilty of doing the same thing. I have never met a woman who loves their hair, their teeth, or their feet. I don’t love mine. To get a little more personal, we don’t love our breasts, our stomach size, our hips or butt size. We even are dissatisfied with our internal organs. We don’t say, I hate my heart, liver, thyroid, and brain but we spend a great deal of time focusing on what is wrong with our blood pressure, our digestive system, our weight and our moods.
We are mentally consumed with what is wrong with us.
So today I am encouraging you to make a “What is RIGHT with Me” list. It is a very good practice to do this every day! Find 6 of your external body parts and 4 of your internal body parts that are doing a great job and tell them how much you love them and how much you appreciate them acting right! Loving every part of you is a sure form of healing.

- My thumbs (I can hold my fork)
- My eyes (I can see far away)
- My elbows (I can bend my arms)
- My neck (it holds up my head).
- My knees (I can bend down)
- My belly button never causes any problems.
- My kidneys (I can still tinkle)
- My colon (I can still poop)
- My throat (I can swallow)
- My blood (I AM ALIVE)
So, my Dear Friend, there is so much RIGHT with you, you just have to switch your thinking. Focus on all those parts of you that are Right. More than likely you will soon realize that all of your parts are Right for you, they just need a little bit of encouraging. I know it is hard to feel Right when the world is screaming at you about what is wrong with you. It is hard not to compare yourself to some illusion you created in your head. Trust me, that woman does not exist. Isn’t it time for us to celebrate everything about YOU!
